Kashi initiative in leadership learning is primarily aimed at helping young people actualise their leadership potential. We believe that with the correct type of guidance and training, capable and motivated young men and women can take up leadership responsibilities in the armed forces and corporate sectors to help build a vibrant and strong nation.
A team of qualified instructors, through a well thought out and meticulously organized series of lectures, lecture-discussions, group discussions, workshops, psychological tests and practical exercises, coach and prepare the aspiring candidates in all aspects of the tests that they will have to undergo to qualify for their respective professional careers.
