Leadership qualities training will include:
- The ability to plan and organize intelligently using their reasoning ability and being able to articulate it verbally and in writing.
- The ability to socially adapt and adjust to changing situations in a responsible and cooperative manner.
- The ability to bring to bear confidently the qualities of courage, initiative, determination, physical and mental toughness, effective decision making in challenging situations.
